Priority customers can also avail of direct telephone support where necessary. We are often usually available on the Yage.net IRC chat server.

Backups
All websites and data on our servers is backed up nightly, so you can rest assured that there is always a last known good copy of your information should you need to restore it for any reason. The backups are fully encrypted and stored off site.
